How do I send media to my mobile device?

• How much does it cost to send video or audio to my mobile phone?
  
  There are no charges from MP3tunes to send audio or video to your phone. However, your phone carrier may charge you for bandwidth and/or data charges. Therefore, we do recommend an unlimited data plan.
  
  
• Will you charge anything to my phone bill? (ie: a monthly subscription fee)
  
  There are no monthly subscription free and you will not be billed for sending media files to your mobile phone. Your phone provider may charge you for data or bandwidth usage. We recommend an unlimited data plan.
  
  
• What formats do you support?
  
  We currently support videos in the .FLV format.
  
  
• Which phones are supported?
  
  We don't have a specific list of which phones do (and do not) work. Most modern cell phones will work if they can: a) receive SMS text messages, b) have an unlimited data plan, c) support playback of .mp3, .mp4, and/or .aac formats. You can usually find specific information about your phone's features from the owner's manual or from the manufacturer's web site.
  
  
• Can I use this service outside of North America?
  
  The MP3tunes service is not limited to the United States or Canada. Anyone in the world is welcome to use our products and services. One thing to remember is that phone numbers are formatted different in different countries around the world. Be sure to include your complete phone number (including country code) to receive SMS text messages and files.
